MVP in a month: from a validated idea to a product people use

An MVP is the smallest version of a product you can give to people and charge for — not a Figma prototype, not “the full version but worse”.

Week by week

  1. Week 0

validation — the problem, the first customer, what to build first.

  2. Week 1

    scope, architecture, key screens.

  3. Weeks 2–3

    build with weekly demos.

  4. Week 4

launch to first users, analytics, next-month plan.

An indicative plan: exact timing is agreed at the meeting.

Questions

What is INFOCLUB Ventures?

A programme of the Ukrainian business club INFOCLUB that helps members turn an idea into a product: the team validates the idea, builds an MVP in about a month and, with a growth partner, brings first users. It runs on a budget (typically $1,500/month) or a state grant. INFOCLUB takes 10–15% equity with milestone vesting.

Who owns the code and the product?

Your company. Rights to code, design and data are assigned to the founder's company by contract. We hold equity in the company, not rights to the product.

How much does MVP development cost at INFOCLUB Ventures?

Typically $1,500/month; the MVP takes about a month. Complex or international projects — $3,000–5,000/month. Without a budget you can apply for a state grant: our grant specialist prepares it.
