A subprocessor is a third-party service that processes personal data on behalf of INFOCLUB LLC (EDRPOU 46356002) so that the platform works. Each one receives only the data it needs for its task. Format: purpose · data · region.
1. Servers and storage
- DigitalOcean: platform server. The website, our own PostgreSQL database, account sign-in and members' files (photos, documents) · all platform data · Germany, Frankfurt.
- DigitalOcean: bot server. The bot and AI assistants, their database with conversation history · messages, Telegram ID, profile data the assistant needs · [to clarify: server region].
- Google Cloud. Encrypted backups of the platform and bot databases, conversation encryption keys (Cloud KMS), website availability checks · copies of data in backups · EU, Frankfurt.

2. Messaging
- Resend. Platform email: sign-up confirmation, sign-in, password recovery, notifications · email address, name, message text · [to clarify: region].

3. Payments

5. Team tools

6. Services you connect yourself
These services receive data only if you connect your own account, for example to a personal assistant:

7. Changes to the list
