How much equity do you take, and why vesting?
10–15% in your company. Vesting means it passes to us in stages agreed in the contract. If we don't deliver our part, we don't get the full stake.
How much does MVP development cost at INFOCLUB Ventures?
Typically $1,500/month; the MVP takes about a month. Complex or international projects — $3,000–5,000/month. Without a budget you can apply for a state grant: our grant specialist prepares it.
Do you guarantee users or profit?
No. We guarantee the work: validation, the MVP and access to growth channels.
