1. What you can report
- violations of the Community Guidelines: spam, MLM, demanding money, collecting members' contacts;
- fraud or attempted fraud, in the name of a member or in the name of INFOCLUB;
- harassment, threats, insults;
- illegal content;
- a fake profile or a profile impersonating another person or company;
- an inappropriate message from an INFOCLUB AI assistant.
How we handle harassment reports is described in the Anti-Harassment Policy.
2. How to report
Write to serviceinfoclub@gmail.com. Include:
- a link to the profile, event, page or message;
- what happened and when;
- screenshots or other evidence;
- your contact details if you want a reply.
3. Urgent situations
If there is a threat to life or health, call 112 or the police first, then tell us.
If it happens at an event, tell the organiser right away.
4. What happens next
- we confirm receipt within […];
- we review the report: check the evidence and, if needed, ask both sides;
- we decide under the Community Guidelines: a warning, a restriction or removal;
- we tell you the outcome within […].
The decision is made by a person on the INFOCLUB team, not by AI.
5. Your anonymity
We do not tell the offender who reported them. [to clarify with a lawyer: exceptions, such as a court or law enforcement request].
6. False reports
A knowingly false report made to harm another person is itself a violation of the Community Guidelines.
