These terms are set by INFOCLUB LLC (EDRPOU 46356002). They apply to events you sign up for through the INFOCLUB platform.
1. Sign-up and confirmation
You can sign up for an event on its page on infoclub.ai. You need an account; if you do not have one, the event sign-up form creates it.
Sign-up closes when the event starts, or earlier if the organiser set a deadline.
Some events are open to everyone, some only to club members.
When the places run out, you join the waiting list. When a place frees up, the next person on the list gets it.
Your sign-up is shown on the event page and in your account. Whether we send a confirmation email: [to clarify].
If you ask for it when signing up, we send a Google Calendar invitation to your email.
Changed your mind? Cancel your sign-up on the event page so someone else can take the place.
2. Paid events
The price depends on your plan: an event may be included in your plan, paid, or paid with points. The event page shows your price.
Paid events are paid before sign-up. Payments on the website are processed by WayForPay, and we do not see your card details. [to clarify: whether ticket payment for events already works].
Refunds follow the Refunds policy.
3. Cancellation or rescheduling by the organiser
If an event is cancelled, we notify everyone signed up: by email, and through your community manager in Telegram if you talk to her. After a cancellation:
- your sign-up is marked as cancelled;
- points spent on the event are returned automatically;
- money paid through the platform is refunded under the Refunds policy.
If an event is rescheduled: [to clarify: whether the sign-up stays, how we notify you and how to get a refund if the new date does not suit you].
4. No-shows
If you cannot come, cancel in advance so the place goes to someone on the waiting list.
For online events, attendance is recorded when you open your personal meeting link.
Consequences of a no-show: [to clarify: whether money and points are returned, whether future sign-ups are limited].
5. Photos and video
INFOCLUB events may be photographed and filmed. We may publish photos and videos on INFOCLUB social media.
If you do not want to be in shot, tell the organiser or the photographer at the event.
To remove a published photo or video of you, write to serviceinfoclub@gmail.com with a link to the post. Time frame: [to clarify].
Online events may be recorded. [to clarify: how we warn about recording and who can see the recording].
6. Behaviour
The Community Guidelines apply at events. The organiser may ask someone who breaks them to leave.
7. Partner events
Some events are run by partners: club leaders, speakers, companies or venues. The host is shown on the event page.
The partner organiser is responsible for the content, venue and running of such an event. INFOCLUB provides sign-up on the website and reminders. [to clarify with a lawyer: the limits of INFOCLUB's and the partner's responsibility, including for payment].
8. Reminders
Reminders are sent by the INFOCLUB bot or your community manager in Telegram, if you are in touch with them:
- a day before the start; we do not write at night, so the reminder waits until morning;
- an hour before the start;
- 5 minutes before, with the link to the online meeting.
Several events on one day? We send one combined message.
Do not want reminders? Tell the bot or the manager in the chat.
Email reminders: [to clarify: whether we send them].
