Consent to Personal Data Processing
By filling out forms on the site infoclub.ai (hereinafter - "Site"), leaving your data and using the services of the INFOCLUB.AI platform (hereinafter - "Platform"), you as a personal data subject give your voluntary and unambiguous consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the conditions set out below.
1. Purpose of Data Processing
Your personal data is processed to:
- Provide you with access to Platform services.
- Process your applications (for partnership, mentorship, event participation, etc.) and communicate with you.
- Inform you about new products, services, events, and INFOCLUB.AI news (provided you consent to receive newsletters).
- Improve service quality and Site operation.
2. Scope of Personal Data
Consent is granted for the processing of the following personal data:
- Last name, first name, patronymic.
- Contact phone number.
- Email address.
- Links to social networks (Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Information about your professional activity, company, and position (if applicable).
- Other data voluntarily provided by you in forms or during communication.
3. Actions with Personal Data
By providing this consent, you allow the Platform to perform the following actions with your personal data: collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and dissemination (distribution, implementation, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including using information (automated) systems.
4. Data Transfer to Third Parties
The Platform undertakes not to transfer your personal data to third parties without your prior consent, except as provided by the current legislation of Ukraine (for example, at the lawful request of law enforcement agencies) or in cases of engaging reliable contractors to ensure the Site's operation (provided they comply with confidentiality requirements).
5. Storage Period and Consent Withdrawal
5.1. Your personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of their processing, but not more than the period determined by applicable law.
5.2. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written request to: [email protected]. Upon receipt of the request, the Platform undertakes to stop processing your personal data and destroy it within 30 days.
