1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to remember your settings and keep you logged in.
2. Which Cookies We Use
All cookies on the site are technical and necessary for it to work:
- Account login (sb-…-auth-token): keeps your login session so you don't have to log in on every page. Set by the Supabase service.
- Site language (NEXT_LOCALE): remembers the chosen language — Ukrainian, English or Polish.
- Access to the closed version (gate_access): keeps access to pages opened only with a password.
- Administration (admin_token): only for the INFOCLUB team in the admin panel.
- Cookie consent (ic_consent): remembers your choice in the cookie window — for six months. Set by INFOCLUB.
- Access to the closed version (project-access): keeps access to pages opened only with a password.
3. Browser Storage
Besides cookies, the site stores in your browser's localStorage:
- Recent search queries — to show them again.
- The number of an unfinished partner application — to continue filling it in.
- Interface settings, such as a collapsed sidebar.
This data is not sent to our servers and stays in your browser.
4. Analytics and marketing
There are no analytics or advertising cookies or scripts on the site. If we add them, they will run only with your consent in the “Analytics” category, and we will update this document.
The “Marketing” category covers embedded YouTube (Google) and Vimeo videos: the player sets these services' cookies as soon as it loads. Without consent you see a placeholder; “Show video” loads only that video and does not change your consent.
“Marketing” also covers the invitation cookie ic_ref (set by INFOCLUB): if you opened the site via a member's link with ?ref=, it remembers the inviting member's code for 90 days so that it can be recorded in your profile after you sign up. Without consent the cookie is not set and nothing is stored in your browser: the code is kept only while the tab is open and you have not reloaded the page. The cookie is deleted once recorded or when you withdraw consent.
5. How to manage cookies
On your first visit the site shows a window with a choice: “Accept all”, “Necessary only” or “Customize” (analytics and marketing separately; nothing is pre-selected). Until you choose, no optional cookies or scripts are loaded.
You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer and on this page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; without necessary cookies, login will not work.
