This is a summary for convenience. The full text below is legally binding.

These guidelines are set by INFOCLUB LLC (EDRPOU 46356002). They supplement the Terms of Use.

1. Who these guidelines apply to

The guidelines apply to everyone who uses INFOCLUB:

  • club members, with or without a paid plan;
  • event guests, including those who came by invitation;
  • partners, club leaders, speakers and partner venues.

They apply on infoclub.ai, in the INFOCLUB bot and Telegram communities, and at club events, online and offline.

2. Introductions

An introduction connects two people, arranged by INFOCLUB or by another member. It happens only when both sides agree.

Consent covers one introduction. It does not mean that person's contacts may be passed to anyone else.

  • do not forward other members' contacts without their permission;
  • do not add people to group chats without their consent;
  • if someone declined an introduction or did not reply, do not insist.

3. What is not allowed

The following is not allowed in the club:

  • spam and mass messages to members, in private messages, chats or by email;
  • recruiting into MLM, pyramid schemes or other schemes that pay for invitations;
  • demanding money, threats and blackmail;
  • fake profiles and impersonating another person or company;
  • harassment, insults and stalking, including after being asked to stop;
  • discrimination based on gender, age, nationality, religion, disability or other characteristics;
  • illegal content and calls for illegal actions;
  • collecting members' contacts to sell them, pass them on or send your own mailings.

Harassment is covered in detail in the Anti-Harassment Policy.

4. Your profile

Other members find you by your profile, and we use it to suggest introductions. So:

  • give your real name, position and company;
  • use your own photo that shows your face;
  • update your details when your job, city or contacts change.

5. Confidentiality of closed meetings

Some club meetings are closed: only members attend them.

What members share at closed meetings stays there. We do not quote it with names, publish it or record it without the consent of those present.

You may share your own conclusions, without names or details that identify a person or company.

6. Sanctions

We act step by step, depending on how serious the violation is:

  • a warning, explaining what was violated;
  • a restriction, for example temporarily closing access to chats, events or introductions;
  • removal from the club, for a serious or repeated violation.

For fraud, threats or harassment we may remove someone at once, without a warning.

Decisions on restrictions and removal are made by a person on the INFOCLUB team, not by AI.

Whether money is refunded after removal is set out in the Refunds policy.

7. How to appeal a decision

If you disagree with a decision, write to serviceinfoclub@gmail.com. Say which decision you are appealing and why.

Deadline for an appeal: [to clarify]. We reply within [to clarify: response time].

Who reviews appeals: [to clarify].

8. How to report a violation

If you see a violation, tell us as described in Report Abuse, or write to serviceinfoclub@gmail.com.

If there is a threat to life or health, call 112 first.
