Yes, we have a remote-first culture. You can work from anywhere in the world. At the same time, we regularly hold offline team meetings.

We value flexibility and focus on results, not hours worked. The main thing is to be available during core hours for team synchronization (usually 11:00 to 16:00 Kyiv time).

We try to respond to all candidates within 3-5 working days. If your application matches our current needs, we will definitely contact you for the next step.

Apply anyway! We are growing fast and often create new roles for talented people. If we see a match in values and skills, we will find a way to work together.

We usually give small test tasks (up to 2-3 hours) that are non-commercial. If the test is large and involves creating a real product, we pay for it at an agreed rate.
